Rant & Rave working with Plusnet to uncover further customer feedback

Rant & Rave has announced it is working for Plusnet, the award winning broadband provider, to capture real-time feedback from customers.

Collected through text message and email, Rant & Rave’s technology will present the results back to Plusnet so they can take immediate action.

The technology will highlight what is going well, alongside opportunities for improvement. It links customer feedback to teams as well as individual agents.

The insight gathered will also allow Plusnet’s agents to view how they are performing in comparison to  their peers as well as help steer management decisions.
