Team Call & Listen Service
What it does
Team Call & Listen is a fast and effective way of reaching your customers and employees with longer and more detailed messages. Through the service you can record verbal announcements and briefings, or communicate urgent updates and information. Your recording will then be available live, immediately. Team Call & Listen allows you to record more information than would fit into a standard voice or text message. The enhanced service even allows more than one person to speak and gives the listener the option of selecting which part of the message they want to listen to.
How it works
Your customers and colleagues can dial-in to the platform when it’s convenient for them, and hear your message straight away, finding out important information quickly and cost effectively. They can listen to the message as many times as they need to make sure that they pick up the crucial details. You can even use the service to gather comments and feedback by asking the caller for their thoughts at the end of your message! Listeners can answer questions by simply pressing numbers on their keypad, or choose to leave their own free-form verbal feedback.
A vital component of many clients’ crisis management and communications plans, the service has also supported sales and marketing campaigns, including hosting some surprising celebrity voices. Some of the UK’s biggest brands have been promoted via this service. As part of their annual ‘Vodafone Derby’ Vodafone engaged the help of famous jockey Willie Carson to record a voice message which would engage their customers. 100,000 people attend the event each year and Vodafone wanted a way of capturing their contact details as well as entertaining them. They printed a shortcode on the race card for the event advertising Willie’s ‘tip line’. Attendees were invited to call the number and hear tips from Willie about which horse and rider to bet on.
